Single case, from TAC values to a pattern

Option I: Enter one TAC value (q1, q2, q3 or q4), press the button "TAC value", and the associated pattern of missing teeth is displayed.
Option II: Enter an overall TAC (q1.q2.q3.q4), press the button "Overall TAC", and the associated pattern of missing teeth is displayed.
